Think Before You Print!

• Do you really need to print this?
  Maybe you can save it, instead.

• Did you proofread?
  Don't print until you're sure there are no mistakes.

• Does it really need to be in color?
  Color printouts cost ten times more than black & white.

• Is it a web page?
  Copy and paste the text into a word processing document if you absolutely need to print it.

• Which font did you use?
  Garamond and Courier use a lot less ink than most others.

• Does that photo need to be so big?
  You can print several photos on one page to save paper and ink.
